We provide Site Control to enable the initial positioning of building projects and to facilitate their accurate construction.
Control Stations are established, either in relation to the national Ordinance Survey (OS) grid, or in relation to existing surrounding buildings and topographic detail.
Building Grid Lines and Level Data are then set out on site in relation to these Control Stations. As construction progresses further Grid Lines and Level Datums are added, always referenced to the original Control Stations.
