We undertake Construction Design to assist in the manufacture, production and installation of specific elements within a construction project.
Taking the project Architect’s design intent as a starting point, detailing concepts are developed for discussion with others involved in the project. These may include the Architect, the Structural Engineer, the Mechanical and Electrical Consultant, the Main Contractor, Specialist Sub Contractors, material suppliers and fabrication workshops. The agreed details are then integrated into general layout drawings for approval. Upon approval structural calculation sheets, cutting sheets, fabrication and installation drawings are produced to enable construction to proceed.
The drawings are usually developed in AUTOCAD software and issued both in this format and pdf print outs.
