We provide Planning Applications, Design and Project Management for Residential Development projects. The scale of the projects varies in size from apartment blocks to house extensions and internal refurbishments.
Working in close collaboration with the Client, design drawings are submitted for Planning Approval and Building Control consent. Construction drawings and specifications are then produced to enable a Building Contractor to be appointed and, if required, we Project Manage the construction process.
